The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand.

Staff is so kind and helpful. Both concierge were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about area activities. Loved the availability of the restaurants. Very well run and a lovely setting on the marina. Would have preferred no music at pool but that is just me. Would recommend highly.

Hotel was clean with 2 pool and bar on site. Also had restaurant to eat and food was good. I did not like the location and it was full of people who brought their pets which I disliked. I had a terrible view and couldn’t change the location of my room.

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was nice and quiet outside of the downtown area. The offered hourly shuttle to the downtown area which was a plus.

Would stay again

I loved everything about this hotel. All 3 restaurants on the property were GREAT!!!! Everything was clean and was even offered champagne upon arrival for check in. The morning wake up calls from the wild roosters were everything. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and it is family friendly.

The room was very nice with a comfortable mattress, large shower and great patio/balcony view. The hotel was well maintained and clean with marina views from the pool. All of the staff were awsome, especially Zack at the Salty Oyster and shuttle bus driver Kim. Highly Recommend!

Customer service at front desk could be better. Need a better selection of items for gift shop. Such as sunburn relief.small bottle of aloe was helpful though. All around very clean and nice

Downstairs of the hotel, the lobby area in the restaurants were fine. Nothing outstanding. Food is basic. The hotel itself is very industrial feeling. It looks cool in the lobby, but the rooms are very cold and austere. Not a luxury feel for the money paid. Not impressed with the staff during our stay. They were very minimal and their interaction not a lot of greeting at the desk and kind of seemed annoyed if you were interacting with them. A great time at the tequila bar. Bartender was awesome. Nice interactions with the other guests. The environment around the hotel is nice. The grounds are nice pools basic. The marina area is nice and it’s easy to take a shuttle into the downtown area. The hotel overall is fine, but not as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the keys. Wouldn’t be staying here again.

Amazing Mother-Daughter Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at The Perry Hotel & Marina in Key West. The whole experience was truly spectacular—from the beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere to the exceptional service and stylish, comfortable rooms. It was the perfect place for a mother-daughter trip! The hotel has a unique charm, with marina views, great dining options, and a peaceful vibe that’s hard to find in more crowded parts of Key West. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The only small thing we missed was having a kettle or coffee maker in the room, just to be able to make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. That would be a great addition. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem - away from the crowds, quiet with Matt's, a Michelin rated restaurant on site. A sweet find.
