Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable room but the shower room and toilet required more ventilation.

We were greeted with a glass of cava and a thoughtful run through of sights to see around Palma with a helpful marked up map to use. Our room was upgraded with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in there. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooftop is perfect to unwind after a day sightseeing. The location is also excellent, steps away from the main shopping areas but down a quieter side street which felt like a haven away from the busy streets. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we go to Palma and I would also recommend to anyone considering a trip to Palma. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, quiet, beds super comfortable, employees are very competent and help to solve any or your wishes. Reception is covered 24/7. The upper terrace (4th floor) is a beautiful hide away if you would like to take a time-out and catch some sun. Interesting fact is the AC. This system works so silent and efficient, that I gotta say, I’m impressed. Breakfast buffet has everything you‘ve always wanted to try (order the salmon/avocado sandwich, just prefect, you wont regret it) However, our personan favourite was the spa. A cozy spot, with sauna, background music, gentle illumination, a pool… wonderful. You can book a slot and have the spa on your own. Honestly speaking, i wouldnt know what to improve there.

Great breakfast, walking distance to explore the old town, very friendly staff. bno parking place available in the property, but there’s public one nearby. I would totally book this hotel again!

The staff was outstanding, especially Maria. My only complaint was that the gym was out of order for our entire stay.

Excellent hotel.

The staff were incredible throughout our stay, couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived, I realised my air con wasn’t working- they swiftly moved me to another room for the first night, while they fixed it. Rooms were very comfortable. Roof deck is nice, pool is very small. It was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay. The only downside to the hotel is the breakfast- very limited options, not what I expect from a 5* hotel. There is also no bar at the hotel- you can order a drink though and sit in the lobbey. I’m not sure I would come back here, because it’s very expensive for what you get. But if I did come back, it would be because of how lovely and friendly the staff are. Also the location is great
