This is a lovely old Victorian building, quote central in Tunbridge Wells, the rooms were small, but clean and warm. The staff were all very nice and friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but nice nonetheless.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the TV was tiny.
The whole place seemed somewhat faded and a bit tatty, definitely very dated (the bathrooms and furnishings especially), but it was adequate for a couple of nights.
