Bella struttura in palazzo elegante e in zona comoda per Ortigia anche per il parcheggio disponibile in strada. Non sembrerebbe un cinque stelle ma un 4 stelle nella media. Il bagno sarebbe da rivedere per mobile rovinato dalle perdite del rubinetto, acqua calda che arriva lentamente, cromatura rubinetto rovinata. Personale gentile e pulizia buona.

We really liked this hotel. Spacious rooms that was very clean. Lovely, helpful staff and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Siracusa.

Utrolig hyggelig hotell på alle måter. Super beliggenhet, flott service, store fine rom. Restauranten var dessverre stengt så den fikk vi ikke testet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Parken ist um das Hotel möglich, aber man muss suchen. Zimmer stellenweise „abgewohnt“. Beim Check-in wird gefordert, dass man die Kreditkartendetails in ein Formular schreibt - Goodbye Datenschutz…

Nothing standout, everything is expected as a four star place. However I was surprised breakfast is not included. It is $15 per person which is the only hotel in my trip that doesn’t provide free breakfast.

Fine quality hotel with exceptional service.

Spacious clean room! Mine was street facing and super quiet with windows fully shut. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the staff held my luggage until my room was ready, gave recommendations and was convenient to many shops and restaurants.

Excellent location. Very comfortable room. Loved everything about it.

Great base for exploring Syracuse.

Had to give it three stars on staff because it took at least 20 minutes for check in.

Our toilet seat was broken. Cleaning staff should have noticed when cleaning toilet that it needed attention. Otherwise our whole experience at you hotel was amazing. Thanking you.

Nice location and walkable area.

The hotel is conveniently located to easily walk places of interest, especially to Ortigia. Although there was no parking around the hotel, it was very easy to walk across to the nearby public parking. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The continental style breakfast had all we needed. Although the room we had was spotlessly clean and comfortable, it was a little tired/worn in parts that I wouldn’t normally expect in a 5*. But overall it was a comfortable room.

Breakfast was limited with too many desserts instead. Same thing everyday.

The hotel was truly lovely, clean and in a perfect location for all our jaunts; we were greeted warmly by all staff we encountered. The included Buffet Breakfast was varied and fresh. We did not try the in-house restaurant but the menu was very interesting snd upscale. I highly recommend the Caportigia Boutique Hotel and we would gladly stay again!
