Todo bien

Alberca sin sillas o camastros para estar. El gym oxidado. Los sillones en el lobby sucios. El maneral de la regadera se cayó.

Se oye mucho ruido de la carretera, las ventanas no aislan por completo

Great hotel with a nice location.

Decepcionante, lo seleccione por las imágenes de su Alberca y resulta que NO tienen Camastros, el Agua de la Alberca está muy Fría, solo tienen 2 sillas de Alberca las demás son de Salón para Reuniones, me dijeron que Sábado y Domingo encienden Calderas para climatizar el Agua, pero aún de ser Semana Santa NO lo hicieron o no funcionan, muy desagradable experiencia para un Hotel de este Nivel, no volveré a hospedarme ahí definitivamente.

Check in was nice and fast, however upon arriving to the room when using the sink the water was dripping from under the sink. The room was very hot, we turned it on and went out for a few hours, when we came back the room was still hot and the temperature on the thermostat did not change at all, we called the front desk and was told the ac takes longer than usual to become cool because there’s direct sun light hitting the windows and blah blah blah… by that time the sink issue had already been fixed. We went out again and wanted to check out the pool. What a disappointment, there were leaves floating in it and lots of sediment at the bottom, I don’t even think the filter system was on. Then got back to the room wanting to take a shower and there was no water pressure at the shower. We were only staying for the night so we didn’t want to call the front desk a third time so we just didn’t shower. The location is convenient because it’s 5 min from the airport but if I ever come back, I will never stay at this hotel.

Todo excelente, el personal muy amable!

La habitación está regular, pero la iluminación es pésima en todos los rincones, sobre todo el baño y el lavabo. El buffet es carísimo por los alimentos de dudosa procedencia que ofrecen, y la poca variedad que hay. El servicio es bueno, lo único rescatable. Y por alguna razón están taladrando en el piso 4 desde temprano, por lo que es imposible descansar. Mejor me voy al hotel de en frente.

No pude hacer el check in me dijeron que no tenía reservación hay que la aplicación no me avisó
