Hotel was well located but was not told it would be under renovation Disappointing to say the least Noise early until late

El personal es bastante amable y te informa muy bien con respecto a las condiciones de la habitación

It was good until this had to leave early byt the front staff guy stop us literally almost made me miss my flight to check the room, wasnt right was so every didn't appreciate that unnecessary time keep us locked in

El hotel se encontraba en remodelación pero la plataforma no aviso de ninguna manera. Se encuentra justo a una calle de la playa, lo que hace conveniente que, para llegar a la playa, solo tengas que cruzar la calle. Tiene estacionamiento pero solo pocos lugares. Las habitaciones se encuentran en buen estado y la limpieza fué buena.

Tenia goteras el hotel, me encontré cucarachas en la habitación, fue algo de verdad terrible

La ubicación está excelente, hay cerca oxxo y varios restaurantes y cafeterías. Lo que no me gustó fue la vista de la habitación pésima a un cubo de luz.

La estancia fue regular. El lugar tiene una buena ubicación, sin embargo, la atención del personal dejó mucho que desear, ya que en varios momentos percibí un mal trato. Uno de los principales motivos por los que hice la reservación fue por el estacionamiento, pero al llegar me informaron que no había espacio disponible, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Además, la cama era poco confortable y el ruido proveniente del área de la alberca hacía difícil descansar. Sería importante que mejoraran la atención al cliente, la disponibilidad real del estacionamiento y el confort de las habitaciones para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes.

We arrived at the hotel early and they did allow us to park the vehicle in one of the 4 parking spots that the hotel provides. They did not allow us to check in early. At 3 when we did get checked in, the first room had a host of problems including doors that didn't lock, ceiling fans that only worked on high speed, a refrigerator that didn't work and the list goes on. We had to fight the front staff to get moved to a different room, because they kept telling us once you have entered a room, it is yours. We finally got moved to a second room after approximately 30 minutes of arguing with the staff. The second room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. There was no supplies in the kitchen, but we were greeted by one of Mexico's finest cockroaches. Around 9:30 p.m. they showed up with 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 coffee cups, no silverware. There is not a coffee maker, stove or anything else in the kitchen, so no idea why they bothered. Would recommend staying anywhere else besides here.

Es buen hotel , solamente que la limpieza del piso está muy pegajoso y es incómodo andar descalzo , de ahí en fuera muy buen hotel para descansar

Me gustó la facilidad para reservar, acceder, y lo cómoda que fue la experiencia
