Nice stay at Hotel Aura. The staff is very nice and requests are handled quickly with a smile. Offered free shuttle bus service to concert. Breakfast is very good, pool-area very nice and clean. No air-condition in the room.

I loved the shuttle. Their electronic blinds open and close at random times during the night which was pretty annoying and had affected my sleep.

When we got to the room the windows were already open which made our room filled with bugs. No air conditioning which made the room super hot. Told staff about it and they offered a fan. We didn’t stay at all due to the poor condition our room was. Asked the front desk person if we could get a refund for our last two days and she told me she didn’t know and we would have to wait the next morning for the manager. We then stayed somewhere else until the next morning. The next morning I called and asked for the manager to which they replied “No, who is this?”. After that the call either disconnected due to bad WiFi or they hanged up on me. So then I tried to call back five times but no one answered. So me and my fiance took a car to the hotel to ask for the manager in person. This place honestly is very disgusting and the staff are very rude.

Et udmærket hotel med lækkert poolområde, morgenmaden var godkendt og eneste minus var manglende aircondition.

Good service

De kamers zijn prima, de badkamer zou wel een upgrade kunnen gebruiken. Zwembad dikke prima. Geen restaurant erbij, maar in de buurt genoeg eetgelegen. We hadden een gratis shuttlebus naar Praag vanuit t hotel. Dus een goede basis voor een dag Praag! Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben met ons gezin een paar dagen genoten!

Badeværelset var meget gammelt, men resten rigtig fint. Lækkert med pool. Morgenmad ok, men ikke prangende, og et lille udvalg.

We were unlucky and due to bad weather we didn’t get to enjoy the pool at all, such a pity, it looked awesome!! Otherwise the breakfast was great, totally worth it! Also, I really recommend it to family with kids. We came with two kids and having a little inside room to play and the outside space was amazing! I reall recommend it!

Trevligt och litet familjärt hotell med utomhus pool. Så glad att vi valde detta hotell vid vår resa till Prag då personalen på hotellet var genuint trevliga och serviceinriktade. Enkelt att få hjälp med att boka taxi eller gratis shuttlebuss för att ta sig in till Prag, då hotellet ligger 1 mil från centrum. Det som saknades var aircondition då det var varmt i hotellrummet . Vi hade två nätter på hotellet och det var 33 grader varmt på dagarna.

Godt ver og hyggeleg betjening. Vil spesielt rose Joseph, som tok imot oss på ein veldig hyggeleg måte. I tillegg var det eim veldig hyggeleg og hjelpsom kar i resepsjonen begge kveldanr me var der. Uteområdet med bassenget, boblebadet og det store leikeplassen var heilt supert, og me kosa oss veldig her. Rommet med himmelseng var fantastisk! Frukosten var heilt ok, og vsrt gode og mette! Hit kjem me gjerne tilbake! 😁
