Great place to stay if you need to be in Leeds City Centre. Close to the train station. Big Q Park 1min away that Roomzzz have a big discount code for. Coop over the road. We stayed here as it was across the road for the shuttle bus for Slam Dunk Festival. The double bed was 2 beds of slightly different heights joined together which wasn’t ideal but was very big. The shower was amazing even though the space was a little tight. If you’re staying a few days the little kitchenette would be great. Even had a dishwasher. Nice touch with croissants and coffee in reception for “breakfast”.

A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. I also really appreciated the latte machine and free croissants available at reception in the mornings. 10/10. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Leeds.

Lovely property right in the centre of Leeds close to everything. The department of the role was really lovely with plenty of space. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles and probably needed a little bit of TLC but overall a really good two bad apartment. The staff were brilliant and really helpful.

Location was good and the staff were helpful. Older rooms could do with a refresh and update.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and nicely done up for valentines day. We had not asked for this, it was something they did a little extra which was really nice. The coffee machine facilities were kept impeccably clean also, everything was wonderfully neat. The hotel itself did look a little dated/ tired, but the service and cleanliness of the room were brilliant. I would stay here again.

Ideally situated hotel in the centre of Leeds and good value for money for a Saturday night in the centre. Room was decent, bed was comfortable. We were given an alternative room as the first one we were put in the heating wasn't working. Great service from the lady on reception for doing that.

Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN
