Air conditioning was terrible, I booked based on reviews but I was extremely disappointed.

Convenient location, good price, friendly staff

Unfortunately, my stay at Résidence Le Consul was disappointing. The room had a serious cleanliness issue — I found a bedbugs inside the room, and worse, I woke up with bites on my neck and legs, which was alarming and unacceptable. Additionally, the air conditioning was barely working, making the room very hot and uncomfortable, especially during the night. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. Also, the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming, which I appreciated. Overall, the comfort and hygiene of the room need urgent improvement.

La Tv ne fonctionnait pas,les 1 ères serviettes étaient trouées,le bruit de la circulation,le petit déjeuner était bon mais banal, rien d oriental, Le personnel souriant, aimable et prèt a nous renseigner J espérais mieux avec la note de 8,2

This was a great property for a quick stay. Hot water and great water pressure, nice views, and a good location for exploring Tunis!
