NOT IMPRESSED.if i was to say there was a lack of kitchen utensils it would be an understatement we had to ask for a frying pan,there was no handle for the grill pan.the list is endless.we asked for the windows to be cleaned,no response.we asked for a mobility-enabled chalet we level access we did not get it ,they say if the web site don't pass along the info then its out of there hands.this site is not good for the fisicaly infirmed.but it is a very nice village.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation and helpful staffs. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels

The bed was not comfortable I could feel springs from the mattress. The rooms were freezing cold
