Staff were very helpful, room was satisfactory, Evening meal in the restaurant was superb, excellent service from Jack and waitresses. Would use the Hotel again

Exceptional value for the price and in the heart of Truro.

Fantastic stay , great apartment spotlessly clean had everything you need for 1 night or 1 week . However the duvet was of very very poor quality.

Room was good, maybe a little dated. Bed was comfy. We were a bit annoyed to be loudly asked to move to a smaller table at breakfast after we had sat down with our coffee. The nice server who greeted us had said to sit ‘wherever we liked’, but this was not correct apparently. Maybe seat guests on arrival if this is an issue?

Poor breakfast, even for just Continental. Lots of cracks around the bathtub, shower was not powerful, lots of flies hanging around the front lobby door even in late October. Room was big, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location.

Excellent location in the heart of the city with parking.

Great central location, free parking, good continental breakfast. However, I wouldn't recommend a room on the 3rd floor, as your in the roof and ceilings are slipping and there are wooden beams to crack you head on. It'll work for small people, but not for anyone of average height. I spent the stay either leaning over or constantly fretting about banging my head.

Beautifull building, conveniently positioned, free parking, service is exceptional, friendly, welcoming, food is great, and the smallest details are considered. Highly recommended for your next visit to Truro. Thank you :)

Außer dem eigentlichen Hotel gibt es direkt nebenan eine Reihe von schönen Apartments. Unser geräumiges Apartment erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen: oben die gut eingerichtete und vollausgestattete recht große Küchenzeile mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgruppe, unten der sehr große Schlafbereich mit einem schönen Badezimmer, das sich - origineller Weise - hinter zwei schrankähnlichem Türen befindet. Alles war sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ließ indes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab leider nur das „Basisangebot“. Selbst Eierspeisen mussten zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was nicht nur uns verwunderte. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich diesbzgl mehr erwartet.
