Simply the best in Nur-Sultan with the Ritz-Carlton

We came for a “staycation” because our other travel plans were cancelled due to Covid19. The hotel was very clear telling us what was opened and closed due to the circumstances. Our butler was extremely friendly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious. My only complaint was our breakfast was included in our rate. When we called to order off the menu, it was a little confusing, because the woman taking our order was offering things that were not on the menu we were looking at, and we ended up not getting exactly what we wanted. Next time, I will fill out the sheet provided to order that way to avoid confusion.

I had pleasure staying at St.Regis this past week. The staff is wonderful and they were always there to help! The place itself and the rooms are Gorgeous and spacious, I’ve stayed in St.Regis properties before but the one in Astana by far absolutely BEST one! I’ll always stay at St.Regis next time I’ll be visiting Kazakhstan in the future! I’d like to say a special Thank you to my butler Gauhar and Tatyana, they were wonderful and always there for me! Thank you ladies!
