The woman working the front desk was fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check in!

David, in the front desk, made the stay so much better! He had an incredible customer service! He should get a pay raise!

The front desk staff was unfriendly during check in. We came down to the front desk to ask a question and waited at the desk for over 5 minutes just to find out the front desk staff was outside smoking a cigarette. The bathroom didn't seem clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the AC unit/heating unit smelled terrible.

It was an quiet and peaceful stay

Great stay, very clean, comfortable bed, pillows are super thin, pool is on the small side but they have one. Breakfast options are great.

Might have been the nicest, cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed in. I know its new-ish but it is well maintained, extra clean, and everyone was both professional and extremely friendly. 5-stars all around.

Great stay however the parking lot was dark no outside lights were working

I got a room for Christmas for my kids and myself specifically for the pool. My kids had a blast until they got out of the pool and their feet were all cut up. They were cut up to the point that my 12 year old did not want to swim the next day. If you’re going to go and enjoy the pool, bring water shoes

The hotel is close to a major grocery store, I was able to quickly pick up dinner

1st time visitor - plan to return Family trip Enjoyed new facility in the area. Only small negative was the pillows were really soft & lacked structure.
