Overall experience was great and I believe it was the staff who made the stay fantastic.
Front desk agent Robin was very welcoming and helpful. Professional, courteous and friendly. Being from the hotel industry myself, I believe he represents the values Marriott stands for and is a great person to be the first point of contact at the hotel.
Restaurant employee at breakfast was sweet and patient, that was highly appreciated by someone dealing with jet lag.
The hotel itself lives up to the standards, clean, well designed and modern. Will definitely choose it again for my next Toronto trips.
