PARK TERRACE HOTEL excellent staff from front desk, cleaning, restaurant and doorman All were welcoming from the time we checked in! Special mention to Arlette at the front desk helpful, attentive, accommodating and a pleasure. She was the one who checked us out. She is an asset to your hotel! The hotel is clean! The hotel location is convenient. close to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and tourist spots! Excellent running areas, close to central Park!

Our first time in New York and The Park Terrace Hotel was everything we could have hoped for. Excellent location within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Our room had an amazing view of Bryant Park and city buildings which was really amazing and super exciting for us first-timers. Free water was a very nice perk, especially in the heat. But what really stood out was Miguel and Celia at the front desk! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Miguel was literally the first person we spoke to and he was so incredibly friendly checking us in. The next day, he greeted us with a big smile and even chased us down with an umbrella in hand after we left the hotel because there was a chance of rain. He went above and beyond! Then we had the pleasure of meeting Celia. She and Miguel were working together one evening and gave us so many tips on things to do and see and directions on how to get there. Every time we walked into the hotel after being gone, she remembered exactly what we said we were going to go do and see (thanks for the pigeon statue tip 😜). Miguel and Celia both truly made our trip so much better than we could have imagined and they deserve all the recognition!

We met friends from across the pond for our annual couples weekend trip together. Every staff member was welcoming, beds were comfy, bathrooms are fantastic, location was perfect especially in the summer across from the activity at Bryant Park, walking distance to so many restaurants and attrractions. Thank your staff, they did a great job.

The staff was wonderful. The woman who checked me in was excellent, and the man who helped me with a speedy checkout was very personable and nice. His name was David. Thanks this is my favorite hotel to stay at.!

I enjoyed my stay at Park Terrace. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very quiet based off the location. I love the rooftop setting. And all the staff I’ve came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Hopefully, I will be able come back to NYC, and Park Terrace will be my place to stay.

I can only say great things about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the restaurant was great and the cocktails on the terrace were delicious. The only negative thing is that the pillows are not very supportive.

The room I paid for required at least a little more light instead there as a dark wall in front of my window. I sled to give me a room with a natural light because of my fobia , I explained that I can’t even sleep in such conditions , the front desk lady refused to do so, instead she asked to pay if I want a room with a natural light . I asked to show me the room , she said no , first I pay , then I can see it . I arrived late , asked for a a later check out , he refused again. I staid in this hostel many times and every time there is an issue

We had a truly wonderful stay at Park Terrace Hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—I was able to sleep peacefully every night. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and housekeeping always kept the room spotless and fresh. All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and I especially want to highlight Miguel at the front desk. He was always welcoming and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, I left with such a great impression of both the hotel and New York City. The hotel amenities were also impressive. The gym and sauna were great for unwinding after a long day, and the laundry machines (washer & dryer) were a huge help for a longer stay. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Bryant Park, and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Subway and bus access is very convenient, and the surrounding area felt safe and vibrant. There are many office buildings nearby, so it seems like a popular choice for business travelers as well. There’s also a Whole Foods Market nearby, which made it easy to grab fresh fruits, snacks, or a quick meal whenever needed—a great convenience during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New York, and I highly recommend Park Terrace Hotel to friends and anyone visiting the city!
