I stayed in a room for 4 and it was very spacious. Apartment was clean and staff was extremely helpful and accessible. Place had a shared kitchen for guests with breakfast and snacks. Loved the place.

The place is not near the shopping but I selected it for closeness to the airport. In a Neightborhood!! Excellent rehab on the house excluding an elevator. Super clean! And a big shower that had hot water. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Had a little problem with the door lock since never seen them before but all worked well. Hope to use in the future!

Being all of 80yrs and not too well up in technology, Sole was just fantastic in her communication with me and helped me immensely in every detail to make our stay hassle free.

Ce ci n'est pas un hôtel mais UN GITE ( une chambre dans une maison, ne pas confondre avec un hôtel BnB. Autrement : Sympathique accueil par téléphone. Réponse réactive et utile. -Loi de tout. -Bus a 8 minutes de marche sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de trottoir (on doit marcher dans la bande d'arrêt d'urgence de 60cm) dangereux. -Pas de commerce a moins de 3km

Nice breakfast. Helpful in contacting a taxi for us. Spacious room. An elevator would have been nice but we experienced very few in Italy.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit avant de partir à l'aéroport et tout s'est bien passé. L'endroit est paisible et Diego a fait tout le nécessaire pour nous aider. Attention seulement si vous voulez y rendre en bus car les noms des arrêts ne sont pas affichés correctement dans le bus et vous pouvez facilement rater l'arrêt. En plus il y a la possibilité de réserver un shuttle pour aller à l'aéroport Marco Polo (6 min en voiture). En plus vous pouvez profiter du soleil au jardin.

The staff were very welcoming and we had at hand everything we needed. Lovely location just off the airport.

Close to the airport. We walked 30 mins to the property. Uber black cost 20€ back to airport in the morning. We were able to drop our bags of early so we could spend the day in Venice. When we got back later, bags were in our room. Staff was extremely helpful ensuring our food delivery was ordered and delivered. Breakfast was just what we needed to get the day going. Highly recommend this place for proximity to the airport. Cleanliness. And the contactless check in and service was superb.

First impressions are not great. It is unclear where to park, and the land is fairly untidy. It is a very convenient location. The room is very clean but basic. The beds are very uncomfortable but good selection of pillows. No covers for duvets if needed. The main issue is noise. This is an old house with no soundproofing. Other guests behaved appallingly, shouting, running, slamming doors and ringing bells until nearly midnight and then started again at 4am. Between them and the bed this was a poor night's sleep.
