The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast. That too a bad taste idli wada and dosa bought from some street shop seems.Which ultimately stopped ordering because I felt unwell after eating the food. I will not recommend this place unless you are out of options.

Manager at the hotel is useless and does even know how to treat a guest at there hotel. Location is ok for traveler as its near to highway and also near to shopping mall. Good hatel for a short stay.

For an executive suite the room was too small with hardly any moving space ,disappointing cause it was the highest in tariff.we were not served breakfast regularly.although staff was friendly the morning receptionist during our check out was very abrupt and rude... for the 5 nights we stayed we not given a late check out ( most hotels are considerate especially if u hve an evening flight). We will never recommend or visit shelter palace again.
