Great location beside Luton Point mall in the heart of Luton. Bed and bed linens good, room clean and functional. Recommend for price point.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I cannot believe how horrendous my experience was given the huge number of positive reviews on this hotel. Travelling as a lone female so had a single room. First room had no hot water and no working phone to report this (only identified when I was already in the cold shower). Moved to another room, advised because of the heating system the hot water tap and shower needs to be run for 25 mins to get hot water ! Clearly this is a known issue for the hotel and not a one off ! The general state of repair of the room was APPALLING. The walls were peeling in multiple places. If I’m able to attach photos I will. If it had been earlier in the day I would have moved hotels but I didn’t feel safe going back outside hotel hunting at 7PM. I’m all for budget and basic but honestly this hotel needs to be condemned.

Room was clean, upgraded from single to express double for more space. 4 x Usb plug sockets in room didn't work had to charge phone in reception. Make sure to bring your charger plug with cable. Staff were nice enough and courteous.

Exactly that's what happened.First thing after opening the room door I went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink the water wouldn't drain reported nothing happened then second nigtmare at midnight the toilet was clogged reported. Stay was stressful and was very disappointing. O hope they won't give the room to someone else after we checked out before sorting it out I reminded before I clocked out.

Clean room, friendly staff and complimentary breakfast which I couldn’t have as I left early.

Nothing wrong with the hotel once inside but finding the entrance?!?!? No idea it was only accessible from INSIDE a shopping centre - unless you walked up the vehicle ramp - with literally zero signage to assist the layman traveller. Dodgy area with loads of druggies and homeless around, very unsafe

1 Room was in decent condition, however waste basket in the room was not emptied daily. It was emptied on the last day of my stay, and by then I had more waste than can be fit in one small waste basket. 2 Toilet paper was also provided on the 1st day of my stay - 2 rolls. There was toilet paper given on any other day. In my opinion this is unsatisfactory. My stay was for 3 nights and I had to buy more toilet paper out of my pocket. There should be 1-2 rolls/day. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The room was fine. You get what you pay for. But be prepared if you are staying here the people on reception will recommend you to park in the public car park just below the hotel as it is half the price. When I left to go to the airport at 4 o’clock in the morning, I was harassed on two separate occasions by men. At that time being a woman alone obviously you feel very unsafe. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of if you’re parking in the public car park, which is a three minute walk from the hotel.

Back to using proper cups and not cardboard ones

Second time here and I would choose it every time, clean, safe, central and friendly staff.

The first room they gave me so run down .the walls were a mess the airconditioning unit was all smashed was freezing cold .i requested to be moved straight away .the second room was better but the plug socket next to my bed fell out in my hanf

A lovely room and staff were welcoming and helpful. Sadly not a great night sleep due to consistent banging of doors during the night

Staff specialy cleaners is one of the weirdest people I came across. Constantly gibing people strange looks, makes you feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Ac was broken and the walls are thin, I could hear other peoples conversations.. Nice staff though.
