Hotel is in a great location for walking around the city. We loved the breakfast, gym and swimming pool on the roof top. Staff were always happy and very helpful with local travel advice, especially to Monseratt. We recommend this hotel.

Lovely property

My husband and I ended up booking Room Mate just the night before our stay! Check in was very easy, location is unbeatable, staff was super kind, and the room was very nice; very clean! They had a steamer, Dyson hairdryer, really nice sheets and pillows. 10/10 recommend!

Rent o fint, bra läge och personal men det stod inte att rummen var utan fönster till dagsljus. Vi bodde som i ett bunker. Fönster till trapphuset bara så vi fick sova till ljudet av hissen. Extremt lyhört och vi hade svårt att sova. Annars bra. Frukosten var inte värd pengarna spec om man är vegetarian eller inte äter fläsk. De hade inget annat protein än fläsk.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, immer auch frisches Obst etc. und abwechslungsreich. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

We stayed here for 2 nights. One before our cruise and one after. The location was excellent for us as we didn’t want to be next to the port. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were immaculate with a bonus for me being the Dyson hairdryer 🙂. Would highly recommend this hotel

The location was perfect. Easy access to the desired tours and attractions. Wonderful breakfast, more than attentive staff. Beautiful modern decor.

We love the Room Mate hotels and the Gerard didn’t disappoint. The staff were all so friendly, the property had a roof top terrace that we used twice to unwind at the end of the day. We included breakfast in our booking and it was delicious. Cheeses, meats, vegetables, fresh fruits, yogurts and a selection of hot dishes plus fresh bread and pastries. We were happily surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony when we checked in. The only slight disappointment was the “fitness centre” which was a small room with some dumbbells and cardio equipment. I opted to pay a drop in around the corner at a fully equipped gym - plus we walked everywhere. The hotel is centrally located and very walkable.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful, the breakfast tasty and the location convenient by a short walk to many food and shopping options.

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Gonzolo. The rooms were spotless and we loved the balcony, being able to wake up and say good morning to Barcelona. The location was everything we could have hoped for, all the must see sights within walking distance and many dining options close by too. Would highly recommend

Hotel bem localizado, com bom café da manhã.

Staff was superb! Rooms very dark, sulfur smelling water, no fans in bathroom so the steam was intense and heated the room up. The gym was very lacking and small. No place to put suitcases. But great location, exterior very nice and staff was so friendly!
