This was a quick one night stay. The hostess at reception was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and very cool on a hot day, which we appreciated! Our bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The one thing I would add is more parking. I understand there is an adjacent lot, but it is hidden behind a wall. As a traveler to a new city, I want my vehicle parked in the hotel lot in plain view.

Have stayed here multiple times. Great location. Clean. I’d recommend to others visiting the area.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice. We had a king room with a balcony booked but when we got there an hour after check in time started, our room wasn't ready yet due to short housekeeping staff. We were instantly upgraded to a king balcony suite with no extra fees. We really appreciated that!

Great Location right on the river. The balcony was wonderful to sit out and have coffee in the morning.

Liked being able to walk to the convention center for my meetings.

This is always a delightful stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and has a very luxurious atmosphere. Having a room with a river view just makes it that much more enjoyable.

The breakfast wasn't the same quality as other Holiday Inns I've visited.

Tomorrow 6/2 is our 52nd Wedding Anniversary and we were looking for a getaway close to home. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the Ohio River with a cool breeze coming in off the River. A great restaurant and bar, we throughly enjoyed our stay at the Paducah Ky H I Express Riverfront and plan to visit again soon.

Great location, walk along the riverfront to old town. Currently some construction nearby, but easy to get around.

There for a wedding in town. Worked out Well to stay there.

The cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The burger was excellent! The breakfast buffet was good with great options! The front desk check-in was exceptional.

This hotel is amazing. Food is great. Hospitality was great. Our stay was awesome. Highly recommend balcony stay. Will definitely stay again.

Hassle free check in and out

Amethyst made the check in very easy. Got it to my room and it was very clean. Wonderful view of the Ohio river. Food was good. Sara the bartender was awesome. Overall a wonderful experience.

Beds were extremely hard pillows were not comfortable at all bathroom was not clean it was hair everywhere very nasty the room was not dust clean it was hair in the bed as much as you have to pay cleaning detail need to be work on check out time wasn’t until noon but someone knocked on the door at 10am we were still sleep then turn around knocked on the room door again at 11 I felt rushed to hurry to get out the room my drive back home is 4 hours trying to rest before I left but couldn’t because of that need to work on that

The property was super clean, busy but very quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Due to torrential weather, tornados and rain, my flight didn’t make it. I tried many times to cancel through your app but was denied. There should be allowance for this type of natural disaster and refunds. I won’t use Expedia again.
