Entered the shower only to discover that the shower gel dispenser was empty. The room phone wasn't connected to reception, so I had to call the hotel using my cell phone. It took them 25 minutes to bring me some shower gel in small "sample" size portions that were difficult to open without scissors. The A/C wasn't working, and there was no one at the front desk at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night to address this. No one seems to care about anything in general.

Overall the stay was good. The Hotel is in a great location directly adjacent to the beach with direct beach access (for a fee). Hotel was only 1/2 mile away from numerous shops and restaurants so an easy walk to dinner. Unfortunately, the hotel has air conditioning but it comes at an extra cost. At night the thin walls make it easy to hear guests coming in from the bars and late night events which is loud if near the stairwell or Elevator.
