Great hotel. Well maintained and very comfortable. Would recommend. Water temperature was a bit odd - couldn't get cold tap water; but shower temp was good.

We loved the hotel! It is close to so many things. We got pizza delivery to our hotel room the first night ainxe we got in late. I was able to use contactless check in and out ainxe we are hilton members and the key is digital. It was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean except for a few things we noticed in the pull out couch. Under was some food wrappers, easy to miss though and the office chair had some rips and stains but nothing that ruined our stay. The bed was comfy and the place was so nice and easy to figure out. The kids loves the watiki water park! We will definitely be back.

Front desk associates were helpful and friendly.

Although the rooms had a few blemishes, the staff made it right and took my complaints seriously. We really wish they still had the old breakfast though! We used to love the premade sandwiches and burritos.

Not bad

This is one of my favorites in Rapid City and I have stayed several times. This stay was so comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good and I appreciate that they have coffee very early in the morning. Also love the spacious rooms for the price.

Very clean, friendly, and felt at home. Kids really loved the water park. Definitely will be staying again.

Great customer service and I love that we can stay at Home2 Suites with our dog. It makes traveling so easy!
