clean room, bring your own cleaning supplys,bring your kitchenett supplys or rent it from the hotel,beds are comfortable,it has the basics, if you need towells the'll provide,shampoo, toilet paper ,we stayde 5 days had the room service two times, they do pick up your trash dayle,limited parking we didn't had a problem,just be nice,tip

When I went to leave a car was blocking me in. I asked the staff and the lady didn’t really care nor do anything about it. I asked after an hour of waiting and still no one came to move the car. I waited some more time and it was almost two hours and the receptionist did nothing. I finally was able to leave when I went and wiggled out of the spot.

The room was clean. It has a kitchenette, but you have to bring your own pods and or plates utensils if you don’t bring them they rent them to you there. It was very convenient. They cleaned your room supposed to once a week but when we stayed five days they cleaned it twice we asked for towels they brought us towels. We asked for toilet paper. They brought us toilet paper. it’s to the east side crossing of the border lots of stores Walmart right across the street. There’s a store called Waldo‘s almost in the same shopping center and it’s very has everything that you might of forgotten to buy, limited parking we didn’t had a problem. Beds were very comfortable. I asked for a few hangers they brought them to me,anything I asked they were glad to help me with, spacious room. I had to bring my own blow dryer. Overall I had to give it a five star. I do tip the lady’s be generous and you’ll have a great experience

Terrible customer service, the front desk staff is awful. This is our second time here and it's the same problem with the front desk staff. They should have the cleaning staff teach them how to treat guests.

Staff not polite, specially front desk. Not good customer service at all! (cleaning crew nice). The room wasn’t very clean, there was a hand soap in the shower, that was never removed from prior guests. Shower curtain had mold. Not towels available, and short room supplies.

Habitación impecable, personal atento. El único inconveniente que tuve es que no tenían sistema para cobrarme en el market, pero es una nimiedad. Todo excelente.

Everything is clean everything is good. The personnel is it’s good all the attention I like it nice.

Everybody at a tent in the room is so clean and good the attention from the staff so definitely I’m gonna come back

Estaba limpio

The floors were dirty and the sheets had black stains and red stains and random hair on the sheets that were not ours i used to love staying here all the time but the last couple of times rooms have not been properly cleaned. Also the night shift young lady was rude.

Very clean room, cleaning lady Yasiel Carolina was very nice, helpful at assisting us with shampoo & towels. The front desk staff was nice as well. The hotel has all the amenities to have a comfortable stay.

They lied we ask if the pool was open oooo yes it was open but that water was green like has not been operating for a while disgusting really let down specially wend they lie to you over the phone
