it's not their fault, but government started some construction in front of hotel. the beach view now is obscured, and water quality is not good at afternoons because of construction

Roda Beach Resort is on the older side and could use some necessary updates in the rooms, drapes need to be deep cleaned, kitchen could be better supplied. Breakfast was great, staff attentive. Location for kite beach, swimming beach, walk and biking perfect. Pool area well maintained. Gym has everything you need.

The stay was really nice. They wee always key on keeping the rooms and the overall resort spotless which was amazing. The distance from the beach is no more than a 5 minute walk. Great staff and service. The word “no” is not in their vocabulary. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Dubai.

This place is a quiet hotel in a residential area. It isn’t crowded and right on Kite beach. It’s not close to any big touristy places, and waking up to go to the beach just makes for a peaceful, restful vacation.

Relaxing and reminds of Dubai before the go-go development in that we are close to the beach, but no loud noise and no crowds. Very calm

Einzigartig ist, dass sie am Strand liegt in Dubai Jumeira und trotzdem bezahlbar ist. Toll finde ich auch, dass das Hotel eher klein ist, zwei Stockwerke hat, keine Hochhäuser, und dass es ruhig gelegen ist, weg von den Schnellstrassen von Dubai. Ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist kein gestilter Neubau. Momentan grad Vorarbeiten für Foodfestival am Strand vor dem Hotel, aber nicht für lange.

Hôtel top par contre il est situé à proximité immédiate d’un parking public où dès les usagers normaux de la plage publique partis et la nuit noire tombée surgit une horde d’hommes à la recherche de la compagnie d’autres hommes au milieu d’un déferlement de musique, Klaxons et vrombissements de leurs 4x4 de luxe jusqu’à pas d’heure. Cela gâche fortement la tranquillité du voisinage !

Dejligt sted, ro og stilhed på hotellet. Sødt personale. Dejlig pool. Smuk placering. En parkeringsplads mod stranden, hvor ungdommen mødes i biler og laver larm i timerne onkring midnat

Localisation idéale à 20m de la plage, au calme, un personnel très attentif, souriant ; Pour les sportifs 6 km de parcours avec en toile de fond le Burg al arab et la mer à 50m. A 15mn des points touristiques en taxi, à 10mn du métro. Une excellente prestation.
