It was a suite with two rooms. It definitely needed better cleaning. The window shades had lots of holes. Each room had an air conditioner but only one was working.

Will definitely stay here again on my next trip the staff where very nice and the hotel was very clean

The area feels safe. There are a lot of shopping, eating, etc. options within walking distance. The hotel is clean. The staff is pleasant. The parking is plentiful. I will be back.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The front desk staff checking in and out were very friendly and helpful.

This property as well as the location was awesome. The area was quiet even though it's near a small shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants conveniently located near the hotel. I visit Charlotte often this is where I will be staying.

It was clean and smelled good but some of the towels were a little stained. Our handicap accessible room was spacious and the shower was easy to use and clean. The beds were soft and it had plenty of pillows.

There was a storm and the power went out Saturday night and still had not come back on Sunday when we left. It is hard to believe there was not generator. We were not able to shower due to cold water only. Also, the noise from the room above us was insane until after 4:00AM. They were blasting music, talking loudly, and dropping stuff on the flower, like boulders. We could literally hear everything and I mean everything! It was disgusting!

We lost power so no AC, no electricity, no hot water for showers. Staff did the best they could but communication was poor.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. However, a storm knocked out power at 1:00 in the morning and was still out upon checkout at 10:00 am. Our room was too warm, showers were cold and there was no coffee or breakfast. We understand that it’s not the hotel staff’s fault that they lost power, but when we asked if we could get a “partial” refund for our stay, we were told it was not likely, but they may be able to give us some points which we don’t want or need.
