Bed in rooms are very low to the ground and for an ada room ( person with disabilities) it's hard to get onto a bed that low to the floor and our room had no toaster or microwave as adveradvertised I n appin aicroeatoaster

This is what I sent the property manager. I regret to inform you that I was very disappointed with my experience at your hotel and, unfortunately, I will not be staying for the dates I originally booked. When I arrived, I had difficulty locating the entrance, as the area was poorly lit. While the check-in process itself was pleasant—the staff member who assisted me was very kind—my concerns began shortly afterward. As I made my way to my room, I noticed several men loitering outside, and while going up the stairs I encountered a guest smoking, with a strong odor of marijuana in the air. Upon entering my room, I was immediately met with the smell of smoke. Although the door closed, it did not feel secure, and I was worried it could be easily opened. The curtains were too short to provide proper privacy, allowing visibility into the room from outside. In addition, I could clearly hear noise from the adjoining room, which made the space feel even less private and secure. I had chosen this hotel because my husband is undergoing open-heart surgery, and I needed a safe and quiet place to stay nearby for at least two nights. Unfortunately, due to the conditions I encountered and the lack of safety and comfort, I had no choice but to seek alternative accommodations.

Hot plate had no knobs and didn't work. Was told would move me next day but didn't and spent rest of my time in a room with very little a/c

Roaches as soon as I walked in the room. Roaches everywhere:floor,headboard, shower tub, curtains etc. You get what you pay for. Never again

Quiet, comfortable stay, only thing that was a concern was my deadbolt and lock were really loose on my door in room 100.

The lady at the front desk was really great and friendly! The room was OK could use some updating. The location is great with many things within a short distance of the motel. It was in a quiet area and felt safe.

The area was pretty chill not too crazy The place itself was a bit dirty but fair for the price to be honest And the only bugs u found were small roaches but like only two nothing like those huge roaches you find in other places

Hotel was drity outside the outside lights didn't work some lights in the room didn't work remote needed new batteries 1 trash can in the room no coffee in the room had to ask at front desk we stayed 2 nights and they didn't even clen our room or give us new towels the pillows were small and flat beds looked dirty
