The staff at front desk were excellent, but our room was really filthy. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean all the bathroom & bedroom surfaces. They were dusty with spots of dried food & liquid. The toilet had hair on the toilet seat & the sink was dirty.

Stayed three days. Staff was awesome. Very helpful every which way. Arrived early and was given early check in. Was very responsive

Good location clean

Everyone was very friendly and tried to accommodate my request for a quiet room. It's not their fault that the hotel is right next to a busy noisy street Over-all it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

Quick and efficient service and overall the hotel was accommodating for the short time we needed it. The room was warm due to the air not being on a cooler temp.

The lady that checked us in and out was fabulous. She really cared about who we were and asked about the wedding we attended when we returned. Great people skills!!!!!!

Hotel was nice, but pool was nasty. Breakfast was terrible.

Our first time here it was absolutely amazing which caused us to want to come back. Our 2nd time will be our last. As IHG members because we opted to reserve the room on a 3rd party site would not allow us to have an extended check-out though we PAID OUR FUNDS AT THE HOTEL, we were given room 101 our shower did not have sliding doors as a result the entire bathroom flooded. There was a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor which led me to believe this happens often. We showered at night the next day we still had water over tge entire floor it did not drain. Not the best experience the second time.

Staff was excellent. Everyone including guests very hospitable.

Hotel was clean but our fridge had a old chicken sandwich and ranch dressing inside. Homeless man sleeping outside on bench.

Close to the interstate highway but far enough away you didn’t have the noise. It was very quiet and staff was extremely friendly

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the shower and on the walls. You could tell it had not been cleaned. There was different types of hair so who knew when it was last cleaned. The walls needed to be cleaned as well.The front desk agent Laverne was very apologetic and cleaned the bathroom as best as she could. The shower still felt dirty. Housekeeping had left for the day.

Our second stay here. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good breakfast

this hotel needs some updates. i'm not sure if it is dog friendly, but our room smelled like a wet golden retriever. front desk people are very nice!
