Le service est hors pairs mais manger sur place offre peu de choix et est très dispendieux. Toutefois c’est très bon.

Very clean. Within walking distance of the sights. Felt pleasantly European. Excellent dining options. Definitely recommend.

フロントにいらっしゃる従業員の方達の 笑顔が欲しいと思った。 朝食のレストランの方達はとても感じ良かった。

The staff was very hospitable, both at the hotel and restaurant. The French restaurant they have on property is amazing, phenomenal food, and the service was excellent. A perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

鎌倉大仏殿高徳院や長谷寺へ徒歩で15分～20分くらいです。目の前には相模湾に続く由比ヶ浜海岸が見渡せます。ロケーションは良いです。

スタッフの対応が丁寧で良かったです。

朝食付きのバイキングがあればパーフェクトですけど

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future.

綺麗で良かった

建物は一般的なものです。スタッフは優しく対応も良かったです。鎌倉や江ノ島に行きたい方はいいですが、駅から離れているためタクシー使いたくなります。

直ぐにホテルの前が海で眺めが最高でした。 2日目の朝、トイレが詰まりましたが、素早い対応をしていただきました。 朝食は和食を頂きましたが、2日目も同じ内容だと思ってましたが、少し変えてくれてて、完食致しました。思い出に残る旅行になりました、 ありがとうございました。

機会があればまた予約したい。

夕食は食べていませんでしたが，朝食は美味しく、スタッフの方々も親切でした。
