Great location and a nice boutique hotel. It’s located a few minutes walk to the Forum and Colosseum. There’s some excellent restaurants nearby, the piazza outside is a local nighttime spot and the transit station is 100m away, making access to anywhere in Rome simple. Good base to explore Rome on foot and if you’d like us you will do 25,000 steps a day.

Fuimos tres personas y nos hospedaron en un Depto. completo a una cuadra de la recepción del hotel con excelente ubicación, aire acondicionado, seguridad y todos los servicios. Esperamos volver y quedarnos más tiempo.

Great property. Close to many sites and reasonably priced. The lift is tiny, so be prepared to take a few trips if you have lots of luggage.

Spacious and good location (close to Colosseo), but the actual apartment was a 5-minute walk away from reception!

Mycket bra läge och trevlig terrass där det serverades frukost. Mycket ungdomar i området så på helgkvällar kan det vara lite livat i närområdet - trevligt men lite högljutt.

Very clean, kind staff, would def stay here again. One thing I would say is that it is next door to a bar which gets noisy in the evenings until about 2am!

The hotel portion of this property may be amazing, but the apartment we stayed in was atrocious. There was mold in the bathroom and the floors were sticky! The condition of the apartment, overall, was in disrepair. There are marks and scratches everywhere. It need a refresh desperately. The apartment smelled very musty like it had not been used in months! It was gross! The Wi-Fi didn't work, so this probably will cost my family of 4 additional $$$. The air-conditioner did not work, so if you are going in warmer months, BEWARE. I would not recommend this property. Most of the pictures they display are NOT from the apartment. I wish I would have taken pictures of how bad it was, but tried not to dwell on the negative.

La chambre était vaste nous avions des suites junior surface 30 m2 mais notre baignoire balnéothérapie était en panne , la Clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien ainsi que certaines lumières et surtout il faut savoir que l’hôtel est situé sur une place qui se 17:00 à 2:30 du matin est envahie de monde tous les jours car les italiens s’y retrouvent prennent un verre et se racontent leurs vies … c'est une ambiance extraordinaire mais l’isolation étant celle d’un vieux bâtiment difficile de dormir avant 3 h du matin … Le petit déjeuner est très moyen , simple mais nous avons été déçu car le rooftopp était fermé . Ceci étant mention spéciale au personnel extrêmement serviable et très à l’écoute tant à l’accueil qu’au niveau du petit déjeuner ! Merci à eux

Our first impression upon entering the hotel was unfortunately very unpleasant, as there was a strong smell of urine in the lobby. We were then escorted up to our room, and immediately noticed that the stairs between the first and second floors were uneven in height, which made carrying luggage quite difficult and uncomfortable. The room itself also had a noticeable urine smell. We left the window open while we were out exploring, which helped make it somewhat more tolerable, but it was still not ideal. Noise was another major issue. Even as late as 1AM, it was very loud. The first night, we were unable to sleep due to people outside. Once that settled down, we were woken up by staff cleaning and putting away patio furniture, followed by early morning garbage truck noise. The only positive aspect is the location — it’s conveniently close to the main train station, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. The Vatican is about a 45–60 minute walk away. Overall, due to the cleanliness and noise issues, we would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

WONDERFUL Staff! Our room was very clean.

The staff were so friendly. Hotel is the in Monti area. Vibrant and amazing place. Roman the chef sees to all your needs. 3 minute walk to the Metro! 10 minute walk to the Collisuem. Will definitely stay here again when back in Rome. Comfortable room, very clean and the shower was super. Good soundproofing on the windows and slept well after exploring ‘capitale del mondo’

Entire staff was wonderful, especially the chef, Roman. Room was very nice, but the noice level could get a bit loud from the bar next to the hotel. Otherwise, great location and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and bars.
