The front clerk was super friendly and the room was very clean.

Very expensive for what is offered. Breakfast is basically a kiosk and a cash register. McDonald’s offers better. Frankly, we felt short changed. For $500+ a night in Hershey, PA., one should expect and get more and some attention to detail. After our room was serviced, coffee maker was overlooked and no coffee available for the next morning, for example.

Great property

Pros: great location - it's near Hershey Park and town (with lots of dining options). The rooms are clean and new. Cons: the bed & pillows were NOT comfortable and the hotel was understaffed.

This hotel is about 10 mins from Hershey. Nice spot near other food options.

Good experience

Well everything looks good clean and nice , except the receptionist who lied about my credit card when he swiped it , he said as long as you got the room from a third party you don’t have to pay anything else , the same night my credit card was charged $60 for no reason, I didn’t buy anything

Beautiful modern facility. Very friendly night time staff at later check in. Pool was open late which was convenient. However, pool was small and in a very closed in room.

Food at the bar was delicious and rooms were spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy parking. Room was spacious, clean, and current. Eating areas around coffee bar needed some cleaning the morning we were there, but that was our only complaint. Overall a nice hotel.

I must say that my stay here was truly exceptional. This was a family vacation for the weekend and I can most definitely say that this hotel made it worth the while the two young men to check me in and that check me out during the duration of my stay was awesome thank you all so much!

The room was super clean and cozy. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids after a long day at the amusement park. The only downside was that the food options were a bit of a drive away, about 15 minutes.

Great place and great service

Staff was pleasant and courteous and rooms were clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a wash towel that was stained to the point that it should’ve been thrown out instead of being displayed to be used.

Easy access to all attractions and restaurants. Clean and friendly.
