親切的和式小型旅館 房間偌大適中，隔音尚可，暖氣充足，惟通風系統太嘈，晚上對正通風口下睡覺難入睡。正值寒冬入住，景觀佳，窗外白茫茫一片，甚有氣氛! 有兩間私人風呂，鎖匙掛在前檯，如見鎖匙就可以自取使用而無須額外付費。私人風呂屬露天環境，氣氛很好。還有幼兒浴盤和bb床，方便帶小小孩的家庭。美中不足私人風呂沒有風筒梳妝設施，要過去浴場那邊吹頭。 膳食非常棒!! 晚餐是飛驒牛，還有其他配菜也好好味。早餐也是full set, 還可一嘗朴葉味噌，全都好吃! 旅館都是姨姨和婆婆們招待，她們都很親切友善，簡單英語對答沒問題

Nice Onsen, nice room. The tatami is a little bit too hard. or else its prefect.

住宿各方面都很棒。地方整潔乾淨。1⃣️泊2⃣️食豐富。味道很好。工作人員全部很友善。最喜歡他們的溫泉預備袋🥰美中不足。沖涼熱水5⃣️熱

Seems like a family owned and run place. Off peak season when I visited and the public Onsen essentially became a private one. No locals seen, only foreigners guests

2分鐘到去上高地的巴士站非常方便，周邊環境非常美麗，酒店仲有兩間免費私人露天溫泉，雖然要視乎有冇人使用，

The hotel’s meals are good, we stayed for 2 nights and they offered different kind of Japanese cuisine on different days. The onsen is good, they provide private onsen for use where you could pick the key and use for 1 hour. I enjoyed the public onsen all by myself and kids during my 2 days stay.

立地がよく、スタッフのみなさんのサービスは良かった。食事は普通。宿泊エリアの廊下に調理の匂いがするが、ここは改善点。

Very nice onsen. This hotel contains only 20 rooms, so will not crowd in the onsen, can be use in very relaxing environment.

洗面所の排水が詰まって流れが悪くて不便だった。

Dinners were outstanding. A highlight of the visit to Japan.

Generally is good, but onsen is not as good as what we had in other onsen hotels at the equivalent price.

近巴士站，但是店內設備要更新。如整體店內外牆進行裝修，加強店外的觀光資訊及陪訓職員的語言能力。增加網站查詢訂房的事情。

リーズナブルなお値段でしたが、料理も接客も満足で貸切露天風呂もあったりで、また平湯に行った際には、ぜひ利用したいです！

The hot spring is good, very quiet place, the location is good. But they didn’t offer dinner if you didn’t order in advance, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean and in good condition

價廉物美，近平湯溫泉巴士站，遊上高地的budget traveller 極佳選擇。職員英語水平較低，但服務態度良好，早晚兩餐高水平。若不要求住宿豪華，推薦此物超所值的小旅館

全体的に雰囲気がきれいにまとまっていて、とても落ち着いたホテルでした。温泉は大きすぎずちょうどいい感じ。泉質にも大満足です。

프라이빗 온천이 좋았는데, 물이 차가워서 따뜻하게 해달라고 했어요. 기대하는 그런 료칸은 아니지만 가격대비 괜찮은 료칸
