El hotel muy bien solo con algunos detalles … el baño tapado (el cual arreglaron ) y la cafetera que está en el lobby no sirve .

Las tomas y apagadores mal diseñados y colocados.

The front desk was outstanding the way they solved the issues with maintaining a functional toom. One room was leaking through the wi dow when it raiined, the ither room lock dis not worked, the third riom was warm because ACis programmed to stop working after certain hours and just cool air was coming out. The first room was excellent with AC. The service was outstanding and the fastest in responding too so I was very satisfied but please ipdate the lighting bulbs in the bedroom. Ine bulb is okd LEDs which generate a lot if heat too. Again wonderful staff and courteous . I will stay again there.

La estancia fue excelente, muy limpio, en una zona súper cómoda para moverse a la Expo Santa Fe y en general muy agradable. El personal fue muy amable y eficiente, sin duda volveremos.

Excelente lugar

En la alberca hace falta servicio, solo un mesero, es importante se apliquen en la atencion en esa area.

Ya mi 5ta vez hospedándome y siempre es feliz mi estancia.

El cuarto estaba sucio y la recepción inundada.

El motivo por que fuimos, es por que queríamos hacer uso de la alberca, la cual se supone que tienen climatizada, pero desafortunadamente el Agua estaba helada, solicitamos ayuda en recepción, pese que mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento, no supieron solucionar el problema. Desafortunadamente pese a estar en una zona comercial, descartaré el hotel para siguientes visitas.
