No es como se ve en las fotos todo viejo y roto, sucias las sabanas y toallas, el desayuno mal los frijoles con un sabor raro, las habitaciones muy obscuras, no hay buen internet.

Hotel in a good location but la lead maintance, like broken tile in the shower.

The room I stayed in was in need of updating but the hotel was conveniently located, the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful.

The interior is lovely. The location is perfect to visit the botanical gardens as well as several museums. The glass elevator goes up six floors with a view down over the breakfast area. The desk staff and porters were all very nice.

The hotel is old, and does not get proper maintenance. The rooms are clean enough, but it doesn’t feel clean. The walls are paper-thin and it gets very noisy at night. I could hear the person next door blowing their nose! I also heard all the conversations el people in the rooms next to mine. I had to play music on my phone so I could sleep because of the noise. They only provide bath towels, no hand towels or towels for stepping out of the shower. No tissues either. Only toilet paper available. No room service. Do not recommend if you actually want to rest and sleep at night.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, nos apoyaron con algunos imprevistos, muy accesible la zona lo que permitió invertir el tiempo en lo que más nos importaba.

Es céntrica y cerca de opciones según lo que ocupes

Es un lugar agradable y cercano a muchas atracciones turísticas así como restaurantes

En general fue bueno el único detalle fue que la factura me dijeron que debe ser en la aplicación y que había un poco de ruido en la noche
