芦別の山の中にあるホテル、到着からウェルカムサービスが豊富！温泉もサウナも良かったです。お風呂上がりの無料パフェ、ソフトドリンク、アルコール、お菓子が盛り沢山！お子さん連れでも楽しめるサービスも沢山ありました！朝食バイキングも種類豊富で楽しめました。また伺いたいたいと思います！

夕食無しでレストランで自由にオーダーできる事とテイクアウトで部屋食できるのはいい 朝食は評判通り満足でした

Amazing hotel with a huge onsen! The breakfast buffet was very large and the dinners that we ordered at the cafe were delicious and convenient. The massage chairs were the cherry on top!

以前から何度も利用させて頂いてます 今回バスルームで使い古したタオルが掛けっぱなしになっていたり、洗面台に汚れが付着してました　今まで経験した事がなかったのでびっくり‼️たまたまであった事と思いたいです 清掃面を気をつけて貰えれば食事も美味しいし温泉もいいんですけれどね

残念なのは、桜の咲く期間だったのに露天風呂から眺める桜の木を照らす夜間照明が今年は無くなっていたことです。 それ以外は良かった。

フリードリンクつきのくつろげるスペースがあり、とても快適でした。温泉も色々あって良いです。露天風呂から、星空も見えました。

田舎すぎる。

This hotel is difficult to reach without a car. The local bus only comes three times a day and the time table may not match up with the trains. However, this hotel was definitely worth the trouble for the amenities alone. The lobby is fully stocked with books and refreshments, and the onsen is very relaxing. If the weather is good, you can see the stars from the outdoor bath. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of healthy options. Would recommend especially for families and couples.

一泊では足りなかった！

his is a very enjoyable hotel to stay at when in this area. At first its remote location is a problem; but, once you get to the hotel it is a benefit. The staff is wonderful and the hot springs are great and very clean and relaxing to soak in. After we left to go to Sapporo, I discovered that I had left an old red jacket that is dear to me at the Starlight Hotel. The information center at Furano called the Starlight about the lost jacket and the next day it was delivered to our room at the Sapporo Grand Hotel.That is service that needs to be made known to whomever wants a hotel where the staff really cares about their customers.

房間很細很舊，廁所更是以前的超細舊式厠所，完全沒有溫泉旅館的房間設計，房間像住在市區的2星酒店一樣，大浴場都很殘舊，唯獨是晩餐的食品係好味多款不錯，我們是自駕遊的到了洒店門口無人出來迎接，要自己取所有行李去check in及自己搬所有行李上房，之後再詢問reception 車泊在那裡？再自己去泊車，接待處只是幫你check in完之後比鎖匙你就完了，完全沒有再理會客人，沒有介紹酒店設施，所以一定不會再入住此酒店

房間有磨咖啡豆機，很特別。很貼心還放泡湯置物袋讓客人用。溫泉很棒。

아시베쓰호텔에서 숙박을 했는데 호텔이 산속에 둘려 쌓여있어 너무아늑하고 좋았습니다. 온천탕도 좋았고 후회 안할 호텔입니다

홋카이도 지역 지진으로 인한 대정전 사태임에도 호텔에서는 고객들의 편의를 위해 최선을 다해주었습니다. 자연 재해로 인한 상황이라 어쩔 수 없었지만 호텔측의 노력과 배려 덕분에 무사히 여행을 마치고 돌아왔습니다.

温泉はとても満足しています。乳児連れでしたが、バスチェアなどもあり、助かりました。エコノミータイプの部屋が狭く、トランクを広げるスペースがなかったのが残念でした。

One of old hotel connected with Ashibetsu Onsen. The buffet was wonderful and values more more than the cost. Kind staff but they done't speak English.

酒店整體非常好，好環境好風景，房間比較想像中略小，沒有圖片中的沙發，可能變成床了，比較局促，當天沒有看到星星，温泉很棒，還有拉麵供應（要付費的），不知道所以去了外面吃。早餐非常好，總體除房間小以外，性價比不高，千元以下勉勉強強接受，像我們的價錢覺得太貴！

員工有禮，房間很乾淨，唯獨酒店未有太多餐廳選擇，
