Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They seem to be upgrading the rooms new lighting fixtures and mirrors.

Smelled like marijuana, trash in parking lot, not enough towels in room, comforter smelled weird

Hotel price is ok and staffs tried to help whenever needed. However, the hotel is old and having many issues such as no daily cleaning, no hot water and the ceiling woods broken and dropped on the shower tub after I finished bathing.

No good costumers service and need they do not clean there's sorrounding....not neat,need to try to be better at that.

No breakfast option, no vending machines. Lacked adequate lighting.

This property really needs to be updated. Bed was uncomfortable, shower fixtures corroded and difficult to turn, everything worn and old.

Very friendly staff

CONVENIENT to THE NARROWS CENTER, pet friendly location.......there was an issue with the TV but the front desk persisted until it was resolved. Location is in a commercial area so I'm not sure i'd have felt comfortable without my husband. Dunkin' is across the street for coffee and lite bites.

The staff was very nice, but the property was a bit rundown.
