The hotel was great! Excellent Oregon craft beer at the little store. I’m glad they had a water bottle fill station and recycling! Thanks! But all the EV chargers were only for Tesla’s——grrrrrr—what about the rest of us who need universal chargers?

What i didnt like was the fact i stayed there a month ago. Then you offered complementary shuttle service to the food areas nearby. Upon this checkin the guy behind the desk said its only for airport shuttles. I explained i was here a month ago and the staff freely offered to take me down to the restuarants. He seemed put off and said we cant do that. I was just wondering if it was a one time thing ir did he get it wrong

The property is clean, quite & conveniently located next to shops & restaurants.

Peggy was amazing (although very busy!) She explained exactly where to wait for the shuttle. Very friendly upon checkin.

Just an overnight by the airport. All good.

Perfect location to all the things we wanted to do. In addition it was a mile from the airport as we needed to drop off car at rental and get to our gate.

Room was clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast not good even early 7am out of many things.

Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ.

Thanks Holiday Inn for our outstanding stay. The room was spectacular, roomy and comfortable. My wife really liked the pillows. They accommodated my handicap needs. The breakfast was great!

The property was nice. Rooms and common areas were clean, and the room itself was very comfortable. Hotel breakfast had a nice variety. The one downside was the advertised airport shuttle. On the hotels.com site, it just says shuttle (no specific hours), but apparently it only runs until 11pm. So, when I arrived at 11:05, I ended up having to take an Uber to the hotel. even on the corporate website, the shuttle hours are buried a few pages down - not obvious, or easy to find.
