The facilities

This hotel was incredibly convenient—just walk downstairs and within a few steps, you’ll find multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and even a HomeGoods-style shop all within the square. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with only 10 rooms, giving it a cozy and personalized feel. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a quick snack, including a dishwasher, mini fridge, coffee maker, and more. The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and more than happy to assist with tour reservations or transportation needs. The location is also very accessible to the old town area, with plenty of small shops and eateries just minutes away. A great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and charm!

Great hosts! Convenient location! All around amazing place to stay in Nice. The bed was very comfortable and there was great communication prior to arrival to see if we needed anything and great checking on us every day to answer any questions!!! Thank you

wonderful place with a boutique feel. super close to Old Town, restaurants, shopping, train. Rooms have everything you need. Staff is very helpful.

The staff and service at the hotel are exemplary. They were great at sending communications ahead of my stay - and friendly and welcoming on arrival. The hotel is a short walk from the airport tram stop and has great access to trains, old town, the shopping district and restaurants/bars. They provide a door code for extra security in the building- so be sure to confirm it before arrival. The rooms are clean and quiet and I’d recommend selecting one with a balcony. The breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh breads. I will return on my next stay in Nice!

近くの美味しいカフェの朝食が付いていて、内装もきれいでしたが、エレベーターがないのはヨーロッパのアパートメントホテルは仕方なかったです。 ツアーで早く出る日は朝食が間に合わない分とチェックアウトが早かった分は後日返金して下さるとのことで、ありがたかったでした。

Great location. Very to tram line from airport and tram line to train station. Great restaurants nearby. Receptionist very helpful. Room has big and clean bathtub. Well sound proofed. Slept well

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Sehr sauber, sehr zentral und die Inhaberin ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und der Lärm war trotzdem nicht zu hören. Absolut empfehlenswert, alleine schon wegen der tollen Lage. Alles fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Nous avons accueilli par la merveilleuse Maeva, qui tout du long de notre séjour à été un rayon de soleil, Maeva est très souriante, disponible et vraiment professionnelle. Un atout! La chambre/studio est joliment décorée et bien équipée. Mot personnalisé, éventail, plusieures petites attentions très appreciables, on remarque que le client est au centre des intentions. Le seul point noir sont les rideaux occultants qui n'occultent rien car trop petits... Très dommageable car cela m'empêchera et vraiment à contre cœur, de réserver un prochain séjour.

Sentral beliggenhet med alt rett utenfor døren! Utrolig vennlig personale som stilte opp med det du måtte trenge… Rent og pent… Koselig balkong til bakgården! Jeanne i resepsjonen var fabelaktig og imøtekommende… Bor her gjerne igjen:)

Very convenient location for both old town and port area. Very close to a favourite seafood restaurant and tram to the airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent well maintained facilities.
