Perfect

Communication was good, followed steps to retrieve the key and complete my stay. Spacious room, utensils available and fridge, bed was a good size and parking onsite on first come basis, free parking after 17:00. The downfall was the toilet, after each flush the water in the toilet started to rise, took three attempts to completely flush. Also due to the heat, very hot in the room, no air-con facilities, the windows didn’t open wide enough to let air in, didn’t ask for a fan, so next time we see if this is an option as the heat disturbed my sleep. Other than that, really good place to stay, minimal noise during the night and decent decor.

Das Zimmer war absolut perfekt. Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht schallisoliert. Man hört jede Bewegung und jedes Zuschlagen von Türen. In der ersten Nacht waren einige Gäste rücksichtslos und feierten bis 5 Uhr morgens. In der zweiten Nacht hörte ich die ganze Nacht über Leute rein- und rausgehen, und man roch überall nur Cannabis. Mein Zimmer roch so stark nach Cannabis, als würde jemand direkt in meinem Zimmer rauchen. Der Geruch muss wohl unter den Türen hindurchdringen. Ich habe zwei Tage lang fast kein Auge zugetan und möchte euch nur warnen, dies zu bedenken, wenn ihr etwas Ruhe sucht.

4th time staying great

It was alright,clean but noisy in the morning,hear other people in the corridors a lot.

Was amazing but breakfast do not start until 8am by then I’ve checked out @ half seven, which was a bit disappointing as breakfast was included in the price 🤗🤔 Parking was through a very narrow alleyway which my seven seater car Skoda, could not fit but had to park on the street near by.

Terrible property. Continental breakfast was really just stale bread in the fridge with a few Jams and some coffee. The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The washbasin further so.

No Aircon in the room. Could have been cleaner. Parking very limited. Some guests received parking tickets for on street parking. Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasent. Shower in the room was very poor.

One worst experience staying at this hotel. On two occasions there when're fight broke out by two different people staying within the hotel. Couldn’t get any sleep not good experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Overall, was a good experience. Definitely value for money. The only minus was i asked for my trash to be taken out and bedsheets changed, but wasn’t done.

Check in was confusing. The toilet was not clean. Bed was not comfortable. Floor was dirty. Shower was full of hair, so much so that we couldn't face using it. Bathroom also smelt of weed, yet we were in a non-smoking room! Quite possibly the worst hotel EVER.

Can't complain about the room and facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom good. A lovely shower in the morning and breakfast was good. However problem was with the noise. Firstly loud voices outside at midnight and then woken by a neighbouring room's loud television at 4:45am. Note to self: must take earplugs...

Very clean and comfortable. Very polite and accommodating housekeeping staff. Accommodating reception staff.

My room in the front building (older) felt more like a hostel than a hotelapartment.

Staff are awful

Our original room had issues with the heating and we were offered a larger and a smaller room where the heating was working. We chose the smaller room as it was newer and provided a more comfortable space. The room was lacking in many areas including comfort of the bed, appropriate toilet roll holder instead of using the sink. The maid service was limited. We expected that they would clean the floors, but that was not done. Overall I would never return.

This hotel charges the same as, or more than, a 3-star hotel but feels more like a hostel. The room and toilet were extremely small, made worse by a sloping ceiling. Soundproofing was awful—I could hear every step in the corridors and upstairs, with guests coming in at 1 a.m. and leaving at 6 a.m. as if they were inside the room. The property looks nothing like the photos. Not recommended for light sleepers.
