Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!

The breakfast was fabulous. Very friendly staff. I would've liked to have gotten my VIP perks and wish we received drinking water each day.

Fantastiskt läge i gamla stan med när till många matställen och kaféer . Väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte till med bokningar och som även såg till att lösa en böter. Åker man bil hit så ska man inte ta sig in i gamla staden då det är väldigt bökigt att ta sig runt och det finns inga parkeringar tillgängliga.

The best hotel for us on our tour of Italy ! The only hotel where every member of staff was welcoming, interested in excellent service and where the answer to any question was always “yes”. Excellent quality food for breakfast , and impeccably clean .

Great hotel with amazing staff. Very well designed with spacious rooms and the best breakfast I’ve ever had in italy! Delicious coffee at their bar but just one little disappointment… Nescafé in the room!

The location was great but what really impressed us was the level of service. We were given great restaurant recommendations and things to do. We will definitely be back,

A delightful oasis in the heart of old town Lucca. Recently modernised with all ammenities inc elevator in what was once a carriage house. They’ve done a fabulous repurposing of an ancient structure in to an up to date first class hotel. The car parking was a welcome bonus to have in an otherwise not car friendly city.

Svært god og sentral beliggenhet. Stilfull bygning med flotte rom (vår familie på 4 hadde juniorsuite), gode senger, intet bråk fra omgivelser eller andre rom. Veldig god frokost med alt man kunne ønske seg. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake!

The hotel is very beautiful and the women working there kind and very friendly . We ended up seeing the Palio because of their help and was an amazing experience. We will go back!
