We had a wonderful stay in Kurosawa - a beautiful little town. The Hanadomari was super - the best part was our private onsen next to the river. Awesome!

整體非常好，一泊2食質素也不錯，員工非常有禮

部屋は広くとても綺麗で趣きもあった 部屋の風呂も温泉でとても良かった 食事や大浴場が車で送迎してもらう本館に行かないといけないのがちょっと残念だった

콘도식이라 간단히 끓일수있는 렌지가 있어서 좋았어요. 그런데 그릇과 냄비는 없어요. 준비를 해서 가면 좋을 듯. 물은 생수병에 담긴게 아니고 온천 후 타올되 추가로 주지는 않았어요. 겨울이라 매우 추웠어요. 이불은 두꺼웠지만 히터가 너무 작고 다다미방이라 너무 추워서 옷을 입고 잤어요. 자연친화적이었어요.

Stayed on 21 dec, manager was very warm and helpful. Onsen was also nearby and good. However was just too cold to walk over in Yukata and hotel slippers as hotel other younger staff advised to be ok. Room wise: as weather was about -1degree that night. 1) The heater was too small in the room to warm up sufficiently so it was too cold to sleep in comfortably. 2) Private onsen was too hot for human to step in, supposed hotel staff should check temperature daily else the perk become useless. 3) bed is too old and could feel the spring of the bed, make it hard to sleep well.

温泉が最高でした！ただ１つ残念だったのは、外出して戻ったら部屋の鍵がドアにさしたままでした。掃除後忘れたようですが非常に驚きました。

Great location and helpful staff. The staff took care of everything for us including assuring our in room hot tub was working perfectly. We bought the three onsen pass and enjoyed going to three other location. We also went to Onsen Yumerindo which has a great outdoor onsen. Wonderful relaxing two nights.

Amazing experience, private bath is nice, but dont expect to fit 2 people in the hot water all the way to your head since its a bit small, traditionnal japanese feel is amazing and the traditionnal food is a nice and unique experience

少し古い建物でしたが、清潔感を感じました。 宿の方の対応がとても良かったです。前もって説明を受けてはいたのですが、シャワーの出が悪かったのが不便でした。、

Good service and good food

Clean room with private hot bath in the room. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay in this ryokan.

早餐有點簡單 有會說廣東話的練習生做check in 感覺很親切 房間整潔乾淨 地理位置ok

スタッフの対応が冷たい！ 高級ホテルではありえない客対応。

First time staying in a Ryokan and to our surprise, they send us to the “annex” which was not as nice as the main building of the hotel. We did have a spacious western style room and our small private bathtub. We didn’t really get to experience staying at a Ryokan since we were in a building its rooms and no baths. The space was ok. Needs a bit of upkeep.

We stayed in the annex of the main property. It’s a very Classical Japanese room. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the private onsen. The manager is super nice ( but it’s useful to speak a bit of Japanese). He drove us to the main building for dinner ( and try the other onsen). It is also easy to go to the main street by foot. Dinner and breakfast were very copious and typical of riyokans.

Manager Mr Nakanishi was super friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant stay. The location was nice and peaceful. Walkable distance to main area The meal was very delicious The room and onsen was great 👍
