Great breakfast!

Great to have a fitness centre and a pool to use. The breakfast was excellent. A short ride into town to access the shops etc. Revelstoke has some fantastic bars and an excellent cinema.

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet here. I was also impressed by the friendly staff.

We were welcomed by Bhavya at the front desk when we went in to check in and she greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. Bhavya was so friendly, warm and knowledgeable. As it was our first time in the area, Bhavya gave us really great recommendations, of where to go and what to see. It's clear that this location really values creating Great Moments and this is something we felt from check in, as an outstanding first impression, onwards to the rest of our multi-day stay with the other staff as well. Will be visiting again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Rooms were clean, nice pool and gym. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Will be coming back

We were so pleased with our time here. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome - several kinds of eggs, bacon, pork patties, several cereals lots of pastries waffles - and the service was excellent. I would stay here again for sure! Also the slide is super fast and a definite plus!

I booked a room that stated sleeps 5. As we have booked many rooms while traveling that state sleep 5, I figured there was a sofabed pullout. Nope! They sleep 4 and then you need to pay an additional fee for a cot to sleep 5. This is extremely misleading, as my booking receipt says sleeps 5 guests...not 4 with an optional cot. Fine, whatever I have no choice so I pay it. Head up to our room, to walk in on a very obviously room that has not been cleaned yet. Beds unmade, wet towels on the floor, used coffee cups etc. We get a "sorry about that" at the front desk. In the clean room. TV did not work, it turned on, but no channels available. AC did not work Middle night table lamp stopped working at some point. Had a message on the phone when we arrived, was a kid playing with the phone and the message never deleted. I dont usually write negative reviews as I am pretty easy going and I understand things happen, but paying for a cot when they say it sleeps 5? False advertising. Dirty room at 530pm when check in is at 3pm? Oh and we could not do breakfast between 6-730 as a tour bus was there eating......which we were warned about. Next time we are passing through, I will book somewhere else. Kids liked the waterslide though

Breakfast had alot of choices ( hot and cold items) and the staff were quick to replace items that were running low. Dining area was kept very clean.

Breakfast was fresh and well prepared.

Service was good
