Good staff, clean room, great hot tub & pool. Very easy with Rev shuttle bus stop

Great stay! Bomb breakfast, pool and hot tub lovely after days on the hill, friendly staff and clean rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Staff and room were great. I would argue that the rooms are not "Soundproof" as described on the website, and the breakfast crowd far surpassed the seating capacity every day of our stay, resulting in people sitting in the lobby, standing, or going to their rooms with food.

They should put a sign in the corridor that points you to the elevators. The decor is decent and clean

Easy peasy stay. Rolled in, fast check in, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and breakfast too!

Very helpful and welcoming staff, there was always a smile at the front desk. The room was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the pool and hot pool. The Slide was a hit although I did not make too many runs down it. Breakfast was much better than previous reviews gave it. Everything was good and fresh, and I did enjoy the egg omelets. The only bummer of the whole stay was the TV's showing news. Maybe better to show sports shows or play skiing/boarding videos. I will return.

Room was comfortable, clean, shower was good. Easy check in, staff were friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options. Good value.

Overall great stay

Hotel was lovely and staff was pleasant. The tv didn’t work however, which was disappointing, but the location was very convenient.

The room was not really as advertised. I expected to get a two bedroom suite which is what I booked and I got a regular room with two beds and a wall separating the two. Making it essentially two rooms. There was no chair to sit on other than a desk chair and not even a pen in the room. We only had two bad towels for 4 people and the furniture was very worn. We actually switched from the original assigned room because the wall unit heater wasn’t working so they provided a small space heater for the room. I refused to pay $321.00 for a room with a space heater for heat. They were accommodating Im the regard. Over all disappointed with the condition of the rooms considering the high price. The breakfast was good but they had run out of stuff by 9 am. Walked out feeling hungry and not impressed. Won’t stay again.
