Nice stay overall. Our first room had a few significant issues, but the staff handled the situation great and kindly offered us a room change. That made a huge difference and greatly improved the rest of our stay. We appreciated their willingness to resolve the issue and ensure we had a much better experience.

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada y el personal es excelente. La ubicación es buena pero alrededor hay zonas no tan bonitas y se sienten hasta peligrosas al ir caminando al centro, por que está la parada del transporte público. Podrían cuidar un poco más la limpieza diaria de los cuartos ya que dejaron platos y tazas sucias, polvo en el suelo. En general es muy buen hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We had limited choices as we needed a car park but it was lovely and easily within walking distance to the centre of town. The staff were amazing and helped us with a problem with our rental car speaking Spanish to the company and everything was resolved. The rooftop pool area was a lovely experience after walking in the sun all day.
