Clean and cozy rooms in walking distance of Beeston city centre, very well run - would recommend to anyone visiting Beeston or Nottingham!

Room was fine - a bedside light would have been handy though.

The property was very reasonably priced for this weekend as nearby hotels were very expensive due to it being graduation weekend at University of Nottingham. The owner was friendly and cooked an excellent breakfast which was included . It served its purpose for the one night stay .

The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference.

You get what you pay for, no complaints there. They should have a member of staff on hand before 3pm though.crazy that you cant even do a bag drop off as there's nobody there!

A lovely homely property,great host and immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and Great breakfast. within easy walking distance to the train station with 4 trains and hour into Nottingham. Can highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful host. Easy transport connections to Nottingham city centre. Comfortable and clean room, plus shared bathroom. Good breakfast. Very good value compared to chain hotels in Nottingham.
