The breakfast is usually top notch. We have stayed here numerous times. However, the staff was rude today, the breakfast area was not kept clean nor was it fully stocked.

No hot water, we all (3) had to take a cold shower. Also I called the front desk 3 times to ask for assistance and no one answered. I had to walk down to report the problem. they just say there were a lot of people taking showers. For almost $300 for one night I would have expected better service.

Ac went out and they had no one to fix the air and the room a joint to us had guest smoking so much it was in our room with no ac I was finally moved to another room the room was not made up and it was handicapped accessible in which was not convenient, , the lack of concern was ridiculous and this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel

We enjoyed our weekend at TownePlace Suites. We came in town for the Thomas Rhett concert, and the hotel was close to the Wharf so it only took us about 30 minutes (with major traffic) to get where we needed to be. The hotel room was clean and had nice amenities.

This resort needs to upgrade their breakfast area! This was the most terrible experience I have had in any resort. It’s too small and everyone is walking all over each other including the staff! It’s too many people that come through that are so I’m sure others are experiencing the same mess! But everything else was fine!

I loved how convenient the location was to stores, restaurants, etc. However, the rooms were not as clean.

Tropic Falls accessible by walking! Several amenities in the village walkable from the hotel. Family oriented.

Love the place and they accept to work it out with as a deaf mom with twins daughters and they welcome us like a home. Thank you!

The property is nestled in an amusement center filled with great options for families. The room was a suite. All was perfect but there were ROACHES in the rooms kitchen.

Room was large, breakfast was great, staff very nice and helpful. Will go back.

I liked the friendly staff and cleanliness of our room. The breakfast was always fresh and hot and delicious. I am a bit confused as to why the shower glass isn’t wide enough to prevent mild flooding from the excess spray. Definitely will come back to stay in the future!!

They ran out of soap and had bugs in the bathroom

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
