Good location, pleasant and welcoming reception. Unfortunately we couldn’t park. Slightly noisy on the road. Good standard for the price though.

There weren’t enough parking spaces if hotel was fully booked, the town is a short walk, as is the Castle, Hotel room was ok, shower and facilities in the room were fine, would have rated higher, had we not had a fire alarm late in the evening, and there was no on site night porter, which is illegal, it took about 5 minutes for some to come and sort out the alarm, which turned out to be an accident, as someone opened their door to turn the light on, but hit the fire alarm. If they sorted out the Night Porter on site, to make you feel safe, I would return.

Slight difficulties checking in due to a staff personal emergency but manager Michael sorted everything via phone and was extremely helpful. Room was nice and clean, sheets and towels changed daily and was quiet at night despite room facing main road. Location is ecellent, just a short walk from town, pubs and station. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend.

I arrived early and the cleaner allowed me to leave my bag until check in which was a nice touch. The room was clean and quiet. Superb value!

Good size clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Although tea was available in room on arrival, we returned late the following night to find our cups not washed/replaced and no replacement tea facilities. We don't expect bedding changes etc. for a 2 night visit but as a minimum we would expect replenishment of the drinks facilities. Very disappointed. Don't think we would use this one again.

Carpet was filthy and suspect splatter.

Adequaat hotel zonder luxe. Prima voor overnachting, maar niets extra’s. Hotel bied parkeergelegenheid aan die er eigenlijk niet is. Eigen parkeerplaats is te klein en parkeerplaats tegenover is maximaal 2 uur parkeren overdag en over het algemeen ook vol.

Perfect for an overnight stay and close to town

Basic hotel. Does what is says on the tin. Fine to lay your head down in center Warwick for a night. But nothing to write home about.

Room very basic no breakfast ! Light switch up side down , no battery cover on tv remote, had to get out of bed to turn bedside lamp off. The room was covered in ANTS, the bathroom looked fairly new and mostly white so the ants were very noticeable. The white sheets on the bed had ants running across it. I did take photographs of them. I am in a wheelchair and I am just praying that they are not Bedbugs. We were scratching for most of our stay and will not be returning

The toilets do not have running hot water. Not able to have a proper shower in the hotel. The hotel front desk refused to come down to settle the problem even though I called them repeatedly since 6pm. The front desk is NOT present on site.

Best thing about the hotel is its location. Close to everything in Warwick. That’s about it though. Room is a reasonable size but no air con meant it was far too hot in the room. Leaving the windows open overnight meant a lot of outside noise as it a on a busy road. No reception from a certain time and nobody there in the morning if you needed anyone. No food options either as there is no breakfast available never mind dinner. Overall it would be poor of it wasn’t for its location.

Our room was huge!!! We had a family room so our little boy had his own space in a separate little room. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. Location was great, everything in walking distance. It’s slightly dated inside but clean, comfortable and room was amazing. Small free car park. No bar/restaurant on site but discount vouchers for a local cafe for breakfast provided.

Staff was helpful and acoomodating, location was handy next to a run of restaurants across the street for late dining. Parking was available across the street though the parking in the hotel space was limited. The room was clean and pleasant and the location was perfect for a visit to Warwick Castle, and all round a very pleasant stay!

Easy to find, fuss free parking, easy check in and room is fantastic

A very spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed. Nice tea selection. So close to everything. Our room was right beside the main road but double glazed windows ensured this was barely noticed despite heavy and constant traffic. We recommend you stay here, especially if you are coming via train as it is so handy to the station.

Central close to Castle and shopping clean with excellent shower
