Very friendly and helpful staff, LOVELY room. Only complaint is that I could not adjust the thermostat and my room as very hot, I ended up sweating every time I was in my room.

My room was very clean. The beds are perfect for a good night sleep. Shower is amazing power and size. Second stay at the hotel and i am very happy.

Excellent except reception's first atittude for their mistake( Booked lake view room but could not have it first night because of system issue and a lady receptionist didn't explain or apologize for their mistake, and after male staff apologized but she was just standing by him without professional manner) . Even if it was not her personal mistake, she should be trained as a reprentative from the company and take responsability to behave appropriate attitude toward clients. She doesn't speak english well enough to choose decent words but she could have apologized to my Romanian husband. Except above, loved their minimalist design not only our room but exterior. For our room, everything's efficiently positioned such as coffee maker, electric kettle, work desk sophisticated but not in a cold way. Loved their custom sink and rainfall shower with minimalism light work. Lake view from our room was also great. Cleaning staff was excellent including manner to the client. Also their caffe/bar they have vegan cappuccino( almond milk/coconut milk) so I could enjoy breakfast drink every morning! Best stay in Constanta so far( only unfortunate reception staff but except this!) ✨💖🥳

Perfectly good stay, hotel is xlean and well located to driving distance to beaches. Food is great. Staff are rally nice but may not feel like that but please make an effort they are really nice.

Mava apartments was a womderful stay. Very spacious. Many amenities and a good value. Beds are a little hard. Beware of an upsell due to"regulations", be quiet and keep to your reservation. Romanian comfort expectations are more conservative(in terms of # of people) than American expectations. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

We stayed for a short night. Hotel as a really nice restaurant with good food. The apartment was big and clean. We had a really good night!

The rooms are absolutely amazing..i could move in there..sooooo nice and modern, clean and spacious. Everything is top. Location pretty good, there is parking also. I would say the best place to stay in Constanta.

Great hotel!

I stayed only for one night, but I enjoyed my stay. The room was stylish and clean with a nice view. Staff at the reception was nice too. I will come back to stay here when I have another chance to visit Constanta in future.
