Amazing hotel! Im staying here from now on when i visit Iguala.

Buen lugar y buena comida

The staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday. Close to shopping and local restaurants.

La habitación es muy limpia y amplia. Diferentes amenidades. Servicio de limpieza es muy amable. En general, excelente servicio.

Hotel en buenas condiciones, habitación agradable, buena comida en el restaurante. El desayuno que dicen que incluye, no especifica en la página que solo es cafe, pan y fruta; cualquier otra cosa es a la carta. Los alimentos tienen buen sabor y cantidad, solo algo salados para mi gusto.

La habitación estaba super limpia y al llegar se siente super comfortable y agradable la habitación, todas las amenidades muy bien, lo recomiendo mucho y sinbduda regresaria, es uno de los pocos hoteles que son asi, tambien incluye desayuno continental pero esta abundante y la comida es rica.

Staff, front desk lack of service. Place is to noisy late at night sound like moving kitchen stuff and employees talking to loud. Mornings, the same thing 5:30 in the morning to much noice to keep sleeping. Only good thing was the housekeepers, very friendly and nice room cleaning. Bar, I tried to go and was not available, ruined my date that night. I come to town twice a year and stay in a different hotel. Afther this I'm going back there next time.

The hotel is Beautiful and very very clean. The terrace is beautiful. I didn’t like that I was charged extra for my 14 year old ( he is still a kid and was charged extra ) . The gym can do better . They didn’t have many options, only 3 cardio machines . A few weights options would be nice so guest don’t pay for gyms outside the hotel.
