Nice location, B&B was clean and tidy

it was located in an ideal location, beautiful room and house in general

Room it self was ok. I would say average. In regards bathroom was dirty, I had to clean first before use it. In regards breakfast, not enough options. Only on first morning breakfast was great. Food kept replenished. Then at rest of the days of my stay with the family, breakfast was very limited. Never was replenished. I don’t recommend include breakfast when you stay. Even during the evening would not able to get cup of coffee. Owner kept locking coffee machine every time. Only good about this stay, wi-fi connection was great and tv options were phenomenal had absolutely everything what you want. Placé idéalement au cœur de la ville, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du château, du millenium stadium et des lignes de bus pour découvrir le reste de la ville. Location de voitures à 5 minutes, gare à 15. Situé dans une maison de ville typiquement britannique, au calme d’un quartier résidentiel avec un patio pour les beaux jours. Sanitaires communs très propres et suffisamment nombreux, cuisine bien équipée et condiments à disposition. 5/6

Good location, room layouts are odd tho with tvs where they cant be seen from the table or bed. Only spoke with staff on whatsapp and they were helpful

First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours. As a matter of fact, the owners are only seen during breakfast for a short period, which can be frustrating if something goes wrong, like it did with me and you have no way of contacting them; There should be, in my experience of traveling, somebody knowledgeable enough on hand, for those like me, who require additional support or prefer analogue methods. Certain things could do with a bit of updating to post covid standards, not to mention, instructions regarding breakfast and other things made more clearer, but i have moaned enough, to make my review unbalanced, so I'll move on to the positives. Despite the shady, dreary, late 00's décor, I cant fault how secure and modern the building is, For an accommodation advertised as an B&B, i wasn't expecting beautiful views, self service and all streaming services included with the price; If i had more money, time and energy, it would have been no problem to stay the entirety simply in this hybrid stay. what staff i did mange to find, were a mixture of friendly, helpful and oppositely, hard to speak with, due to language barriers. overall, i will be wanting to come back later in the year for a do-over, which will be the first time since i was eleven, that i've made a return visit to a property

My Riverhouse stay has been delightful and I enjoyed it. The property was near Cardiff Central Station and it is accessible to buses and other modes of transportation. It is also near tourist attractions like Cardiff Castle and the National Museum of Natural History. The place itself is clean, amenities are easily accessble and the self-check in was very convenient.

The place is very well organised and kept in great condition! Location is also really good, by the water and stadium and super close to centre and stations.

Nice rooms and easy to find from the train station. Room was comfy and clean and staff were friendly.

Ik heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is schoon. Er wordt elke dag schoon gemaakt

Really nice property in very convenient location within sight if Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central railway station. Room is compact with beds and few hangers but more tjan adequate for our stay. There were plenty of showers which were separate from rooms but plenty of them and never had to wait. Breakfast was great...help yourself and great selection and bery nice

Amazing place. The owners are really polite and so helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Cleanliness was fine and the shared bathrooms were kept in a good state. The location was good - only a few minutes walk to the centre and half an hour to Cardiff Bay. However the other guests left me feeling quite isolated and intimidated - they took over the shared area and the lack of onsite staff meant that there was no oversight of how loud they were into the evening. The room boasted a TV with Firestick however the Wifi was so inconsistent that it wasn't really fit for purpose. Room was very hot, bed was comfortable and clean. I ended up booking a different hotel for the following night. Would be good for a group of younger travellers however not what I was looking for as a solo traveller.
