Smack downtown walking distance to lots of stores, merkat, food very easy to get a cab Breakfast was good the only thing that was terrible was the coffee Staff was extremely helpful and nice

I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that.

Creo que el hotel requiere mantenimiento. Se ve demasiada humedad en las paredes y techos lo cual da una mala imagen.

No existen tonas de corriente cerca a la mesa donde se pueden atender reuniones y desde el room service no dan atencion a esta necesidad. Lo que hace que ademas costo beneficio no sea coherente.

Mejorar colocabdi shampoo en los banos, cafe que es un producto muy bueno doe pais, deberia dejar que Lao Clientes tengan refil en el desayuno, reviser el Mantenimeinto de elevator, puede see un riesgo de Seguridad

First time guest, everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was some street noise on Saturday night.

Die Unterkunft ist leider was Einrichtung angeht veraltet und teilweise mit Defekten ausgestattet. Die Duschen sind leider eine Katastrophe, kaum warmes Wasser und nur eine geringe Wassermenge. Die Couch ist schmutzig gewesen. In einem der Räume wurden einfach Gartenstühle/Gastronomie Stühle hingestellt. Frühstücksangebot ist mangelhaft, das Brot hat sich alt angefühlt (leicht wie Gummi) Das Personal hingegen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
