Love this hotel! Covenient and stylish.

Stayed here multiple times, slightly more designer feel compared to the JW in the same building

Beautiful hotel

The Douglas is an amazing property, whether you're visiting Vancouver for work or fun. The rooms are modern and spacious. Every room has a Yeti cooler that you can borrow (picnics, shopping). The Victor was amazing, and the Casino was a fun way to end the night.

Suite war sehr schön. Es gibt nur Frühstück auf dem Zimmer. Einige Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich, einige sehr freundlich.

Great room at the Douglas, with a very comfortable bed, needs a more comfortable seating in the room though, the chaise lounge is kind of useless.. Great check-in team is very kind and welcoming. ate at the Victor steakhouse and Honey Salt, both excellent

Great hotel and room

The whirlpool was closed which was disappointing and our room was right beside the gym which was open 24 hours so when someone decided to use the medicine ball at 1am it woke us up. Internet should be free for a hotel this expensive.

Amazing property and very thoughtful staff

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping was attentive. Check in staff were professional and accommodating. Only observation requiring review is that we ate at the Victor steakhouse and the food was below expectation. However the hotel was great as was the D6 lounge with DJ and dancing.

The facility is new and beautiful but the service was bad, the shower water stayed in the bath tub we valled 3 times n no one showed up to fix! The location is great but to us this was not a 5 star at all

Unexplained charges on my credit card in the amount of 709 dollars. Hotel kept telling me that they have reimbursed me..have not seen anything to date from Feb 1. Staff doesn't even know what the charges are for

It is a high end Mariott affiliate. I should have booked directly through the Bonvoy App and had points for the stay
